Request Account & Data Deletion
In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy and applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data from Tap to fly.
How to Request Deletion
To submit a data deletion request, please contact us via email:
Please include the following information in your request:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request â Tap to fly"
- The email address associated with your Google Play account
- Your in-game username (if applicable)
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon verification and processing of your request, we will permanently delete:
- Game progress and high scores stored in our Firebase database
- User account identifiers linked to Google Play Games Services
- Display name and profile information associated with leaderboards
- Any other personal data collected during your use of the application
Processing Time
We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.
Data We Collect
Tap to fly collects minimal data necessary for core game functionality:
- Google Play Games ID: Used for leaderboard and achievement functionality
- Display Name: Shown on public leaderboards
- Game Scores: Stored to maintain leaderboard rankings
We do not collect, store, or share any sensitive personal information beyond what is required for basic game features.
